About Elle
Hi, I’m Elle, the founder of With Love: Family and Educational Services. I am an educator, advocate, and consultant dedicated to supporting families both in and outside of the school setting. Whether navigating the education system, addressing behavioral concerns at home, or fostering social-emotional growth, I believe every child—regardless of ability—deserves the tools and support to thrive.
With nearly a decade of experience as a teacher in Charleston County School District, I worked with students of all abilities, including those with disabilities and those facing academic or behavioral challenges. My time in the classroom reinforced my belief in a whole-child approach, which means supporting not just academic success, but also emotional, social, and behavioral development.
After leaving the classroom, I transitioned into advocacy and consulting, helping families understand their child’s educational rights, develop effective learning strategies, and create supportive environments at home and in the community.
As a former teacher turned advocate and behavior coach, I understand the challenges families face when navigating education and behavior concerns. That’s why I started With Love—to provide compassionate guidance, expert strategies, and a partnership that eases family pressures while unlocking each child’s potential.
Rooted in kindness, positive behavior supports, and a whole-child approach, my mission is to empower families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to support their children’s success. Whether it’s educational advocacy, behavior coaching, or personalized consultation, I’m here to help—empowering families and futures, with love.
I’d love to connect and support your family on this journey. Let’s create a brighter future together—with love.
Educational Philosophy & Beliefs
I believe that every child has the potential to succeed when given the right support, guidance, and encouragement. My approach is rooted in the principles of positive behavior supports, inclusivity, and a strengths-based mindset. I emphasize:
Whole-Child Development: Recognizing the interconnectedness of academic, emotional, social, and behavioral growth.
Collaboration & Partnership: Working closely with families, educators, and communities to create the best outcomes for children.
Empowerment through Advocacy: Equipping parents and caregivers with knowledge and resources to confidently support their child’s educational journey.
Compassion & Understanding: Meeting each child and family where they are, fostering an environment of patience, empathy, and kindness.
By embracing these values, I strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and empowered every step of the way.
